Training Security

Leaving with proper preparation can make all the difference when a traveling employee faces danger, both in the health and safety arena.

To support companies in defining the necessary procedures to protect the safety of traveling personnel, after identifying and mapping the risks associated with travel through the Medical Travel Policy service, as required by Articles 1 and 7 of Legislative Decree 81/08, Ambimed structured a training securiry regarding general training on travel safety risks.

Ambimed's security training can be accessed remotely via e-learning, FAD or in-person at company offices.

The security training, lasting approximately 1 hour, is a formative moment prior to the traveler's departure to a destination other than his or her own country.

By imparting the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt behaviors to the different territorial contexts of the trip, the employee will be able to understand dangerous situations and know how to handle any problems using the resources at his or her disposal.

This involves general and specific training on the hazards present in the geographic area of destination and analysis of key incident cases to help the relocator learn new strategies and solutions in response to the unexpected

Upon completion of the training, the employee will receive:

  • follow-up materials of what was explained during the course for later reference;
  • a certificate issued by the Ambimed instructors and signed by the employee will allow the company to certify that its staff has been properly trained on all topics covered.

It is recommended that the course be repeated at least every 2 years so that the learner always gets the latest information.
