Open positions

The candidate will be responsible for customer support. Will liaise with various internal business units (Travel Medicine,Occupational Medicine & Business Travel Medicine) to manage daily sales and Customer support activities along with solving assigned tasks.

Will actively collaborate with colleagues and own manager for the purpose of optimizing quality and customer management processes.

The ideal candidate:

  • Good knowledge of Office package.
  • Previous experience in telephone sales support (inbound - outbound)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of web and data base environments
  • Regular user of online services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Stress management skills
  • Flexibility in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High predisposition to teamwork

Strong result orientation and problem solving, as well as careful attention to customer needs, a dynamic and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills complete the profile.

Ambimed Group: A company specializing in healthcare services dedicated toTravelMedicine and Occupational Medicine.

We are looking for a person who has the enthusiasm to tell all our target audiences who Ambimed is.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of internal needs through discussion with work teams to create tracks to be developed
  • Analysis of industry publications and digital information channels to identify sources useful in developing new tracks
  • Interviewing and analyzing new third-party editors for inclusion in the working team
  • Assignment of tracks to the team of third-party editors, including delivery deadline
  • Monitoring editors' deliveries, reviewing content and arranging according to Ambimed's "tone of voice" by line of business
  • Planning editorial releases and transmitting content to IT department
  • Assisting with Social Marketing activities to revise posts according to Editorial Plan
  • Google Analytics analysis to check performance of site pages, with focus on editorial content
  • Review/update of Ambimedcountry sheets, a recurring activity to be carried out every 6 months
  • Assisting the Office of Communications in devising and revising elaborates and pages of the site
  • Drafting of draft content on company issues
  • Managing the budget dedicated to content creation
  • Monthly reporting of the above activities

Requirements

Required mandatory: knowledge of both spoken and written English language
Years of experience required: 3-5
Nice to have - Aesthetic sensitivity and basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator - Basic knowledge of video editing tools

Salary commensurate with the role and experience required.
Employment Contract: Full time

The Selection Steps are:
