The system is built with different levels of authorization for each stakeholder: the Company Contact, the Medical Officer and the worker access their own restricted areas with customized access and views. Access to the platform is through personal credentials with a high standard of security guaranteed by two-factor authentication (2FA).

Intuitive Dashboard
The Company Contact Person has an immediate view of scheduled medical examinations and eligibility due for the next quarter in order to optimize planning activities. A simplified dashboard also provides quick access at all times to the master data of their employees and the number of competent physicians assigned to the entire company group. Through the Bell function, the contact person always has in evidence the actions that need his or her intervention for all company locations associated with him or her.

In this section, the company contact person can access the list of their workers, the different health plans divided by operating location with details of related risks-missions, and the economic price lists covered by the contract. Also visible in the foreground are the competent physicians assigned to the company and the contact person for Ambimed's Dedicated Secretariat who can be contacted for any type of assistance, technical or operational.

Health Documentation
HIVE encapsulates all of the company's health documentation in a single screen, allowing it to be quickly accessed and downloaded to its local server in the event of a request from local authorities or Corporate Audit. Over time, the section becomes populated with the Appointments of Competent Doctors, all Health Protocols (in the case of multiple locations), the Annual Report, and all minutes related to the inspection of workplaces.
EASY AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTATION
Always up-to-date schedule
Through the use of convenient filters, the Company Referrer can browse the list of active employees: view eligibility, expiration date, and last visit completed. With a simple click, it is possible to download the suitability judgments of medical examinations completed by the Medical Officer. A very intuitive timeline provides a quick record of examinations due in each month of the year.
